Seasonal rentals are fully furnished short term leases starting from November through May. Season typically coincides with Thanksgiving and Passover/Easter.

The Condo Associations require a minimum lease of 90 days.

All rentals less than 181 days are subject to 11% tax, without exception.

Rent includes:

• Use of the Furnished Rental Property and Common Areas
• Access to Palm-Aire Country Club grounds
• Cable TV
• Local Phone Calls
• Use of the Heated Pools & Saunas

Tenants are responsible for the the electricity and long distance phone bills while the lease is in effect. All tenants must receive approval from the Condo Association, which require an application fee ($100-$125) and fully refundable common area deposit ($500-$1000).
